We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States only. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, as we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been submitted. If a package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we ask that you first check with your local carrier or neighbors; if the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will assist you in finding a solution.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Any orders that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost, simply email us with your order number and photos within seven days of delivery.
